We proudly are one of the very few firms that offer buy back offers, if the item being returned is not damaged or altered with:

  • Within 1 year of purchase - 25% deduction from the invoice.
  • More than 1 year - No buy back offers but we offer in store credit if wanting to exchange it with any other item from our catalog, value of the item being exchanged will be based on the condition of the product when presented.

How should I clean my jewelry at home?

  1. Warm water + 5–10 drops of dish soap
  2. Use a soft toothbrush on the surface and under the stone
  3. Rinse, pat dry with soft cotton cloth, then blow-dry

When should I re-plate my jewelry?

Rhodium plating fades over time. We recommend re-plating every 2-3 years or when prongs/front areas turn yellow, to avoid frequent polishing that reduces gold weight.
